SASU is a coalition of guilds and individuals designed to provide more opportunities to access: cooperative game content, larger social networks, quality partners, resource pool, organizational tools, while preserving its member's guild status.

Every SASU member guild shall:

1. Post the SASU-website address in their Guild Information tab;
2. Post a sticky post regarding SASU on their guild website;
3. Designate one to two guild members as the official SASU contact who will be in charge of;
   1. relaying official SASU information;
   2. oversee guild member's conduct in SASU.

Once a SASU member guild has been a member for 45 days, and if the guild can demonstrate that it has at least 5 members (players) active in SASU, then the guild can request official representation within SASU. The guild must name one of its members to whom it would like SASU officership to be granted. The SASU officers must then approve of the guild's choice, and may request that another person be named if necessary. Requests for additional officers may be granted at the SASU officers' discretion.

Every SASU member shall read, agree, and follow the SASU Rules of Conduct.

As a collective of member guilds and free agents, the primary powers within SASU are evenly distributed amongst the guild contacts. It must be understood by all that each guild is important, and that the smaller guilds within the coalition shall never be given a "second class" status. Any attitude or action acting against this spirit will lead to a guild's removal from the coalition.

The Guild Representatives function as the Officers of SASU. They mitigate policy, handle unforeseen questions, and are responsible for welcoming new members and leading them to the forums. In short the guild representatives function as a sort of governing council controlling the day to day function of SASU.

The representative council may choose a discipline coordinator to serve a 6 month term to assist with managing discipline issues and resolving disputes between officers.

Raid leaders who organized at least four raids with a lockout period at a determined schedule posted on SASU forum may request officer status. Raid officer status will be conferred if ratified by the voting officers. A list of designated raid leaders can be found here.
