Leatherworking/Skinning Trade-off

I have one more skill point to get to reach 450 Leatherworking.  In order to do so, I am in need of Nerubian Chitin x40.  I have over 100 Icy Dragonscale I would be willing to trade anyone for.  Or if you know where I can farm them, other than AN and Old Kingdom, that would be great as well.

I plan on making (Durable Nerubhide Cape) Epic tanking cape, lvl 200, with them.

If anyone wants to trade, donate, or have me make one with their materials...whatever....sending me a message in-game would be best.. Kaylamae (The LW) or Michaniki...the alt I would most likely be on.  I just really want to get that last skill point over with.  I can also make the DPS version and get the skill point, but the materials are a lot harder for me to come by.

And, big thanks to the one person who traded me last night.  I got to make one cape and gain a skill point!!

Will those bugs in Borean Tundra drop the chitin as well?

To get those link thingies to work use {wowitem}Item Name{/wowitem}.  But substitute '[' for '{' and ']' for '}'.  I had to substitute those to get the syntax to display.  See below:

Any nerubian out in the world (tundra, icecrown near the citadel, etc.) has a chance to drop them, but it looks like a low probability:

And yeah, the low probability doesn't look encouraging....
